William Mabee, President: Bill is well known for his work and success in strategic bank marketing, most notably as the Director of Marketing and Communications for M&T Bank in Buffalo, where he served for 28 years until his retirement in 2007.  His experience encompasses the full spectrum of marketing disciplines, including consumer market research, database analytics, product management, retail delivery systems, customer communications, direct marketing, advertising, corporate communications, branding and sponsorships. Bill earned a B.A. from St. Bonaventure University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Canisius College. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Buffalo/ Niagara Falls YMCA, and is a Trustee for St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute in Kenmore, New York.

Antoinette Dauber, Co-Founder,  Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer: Antoinette co-founded Mosaic in 1994 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of direct marketing and customer communications, working as a strategist, account supervisor and expert in quality control. She plays an active role in every Mosaic project and personally reviews every communication. Antoinette is a former college lecturer and a recognized scholar of Renaissance literature. She holds a B.A. degree from Barnard College and M. Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Yale University.

Tim Wellence, Managing Director & Chief Information Officer: Tim has been with Mosaic for over 10 years, and is responsible for the development and implementation of all data services provided by Mosaic and their vendors, as well as overseeing all aspects of data security. He has worked on merger communications data for Bank of America, Chase/Bank One, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, SunTrust, TD Ameritrade, National City, ABN AMRO and numerous others. He brings a wide range of experience working with data from a variety of bank application systems, as well as with all facets of the auditing process. Prior experience includes serving as a data/client service manager at OgilvyOne. Tim holds a B.S. degree from Canisius College in Buffalo.

Jeff Hughes, Managing Director & Chief Strategy Officer: Jeff’s financial experience includes working with many top banking and brokerage firms, plus 11 years’ research and marketing experience with M&T Bank. Prior to joining Mosaic Jeff was Vice President and General Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications, where he oversaw integrated marketing and consulting programs for ABC/Good Morning America, Compaq Computer, DuPont, Eastman Kodak, Prudential Insurance, The Equitable, United Health Care and others. He holds M.A. and B.A. degrees in Economics from the University at Buffalo; a B.S. in Information Systems Management from Buffalo State College; and is Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trocaire College in Buffalo.

Sharon Edelman, Co-Founder & Managing Director: Sharon co-founded Mosaic in 1994 and has more than 25 years of experience in communications, writing and strategy. She is recognized for her expertise in the field of communicating mergers, account changes, rebranding and repricing. Over the years, she and her team have worked with more than 70 financial service companies on thousands of programs. Prior to co-founding Mosaic Marketing, Sharon led two database marketing companies, and before that was Communications Director for Goldome Bank and for a nationally-known center for the visual and performing arts. Sharon holds a B.A. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Terry Brigham, Director of Client Services: Terry has been with Mosaic for 14 years and has been the key manager for many major bank conversion projects during that time. She supervises a team of account executives, including the team supporting the nation’s largest bank merger. Before joining Mosaic, Terry served as Marketing Manager for the Securities division of M&T Bank. She holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University.

Julie Schechter, Director of Client Services: Since joining Mosaic in 2000, Julie has been responsible for managing complex customer communications projects for many major institutions, including Chase, HSBC, Independence Community Bank, Wachovia and the Bank of Hawaii. Most recently, she has served as Mosaic’s account executive in charge of the nation’s largest brokerage merger –a multi-year project involving multiple communications to millions of clients. Prior to joining Mosaic, Julie spent 11 years in the Corporate Communications Department of National Fuel Gas. She holds a B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University.

Debbie DiCarlo, Director of Business Development: Debbie spent 25 years in marketing roles for financial services companies, large and small. Most recently before joining Mosaic, she was responsible for global product marketing for Diebold, Inc. Prior to that, she spent eight years in corporate marketing with National City where she managed and oversaw the marketing components of enterprise merger and conversion projects, branch openings/closings, product marketing and community marketing. Debbie holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Ashland University in Ohio.

Guy Kunkel, Manager, Data Processing Services: Guy has a proven track record of leveraging his process and change management expertise, to deliver optimal data solutions to his clients. He is a veteran data processing executive and possesses a wide range of experience, including vision setting, strategy, designing/developing business solutions, and presenting these solutions to clients. Guy has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside

Richard Goldrosen, Creative Director: Richard is responsible for overseeing the creation of merger communications, welcome mailings, branch closing announcements, customer mailings, name change programs, cross-sell programs, direct mail, and other communications for leading bank and brokerage clients. Prior to joining Mosaic, he worked as a freelance consultant and copywriter for over 15 years, serving a wide range of clients in the financial services arena. A frequent judge for national creative award competitions, Richard holds a B.A. degree from Duke University.
